The idea behind this project is to create a sustainable
building that tests the dynamic visual quality
and to utilize the corner site to improve the
importance of the building. Part of the study
is in the façade, and through the study of
modernism, and the brutalist movement, the
unique inward outward concrete façade creates
a flowing repetition, to give the structure a
sense of hierarchy as well as the bulkiness of the
office space balanced on the entrance and
museum spaces.
